STEPPINGS STONES Professional Development For ECEs (SSPD) was created by Janine Kelly, a long standing early childhood educator and teacher within the ECE community both in Canada and Australia. The aim of SSPD is to bridge the gap in the global ECE community and create a platform where passionate educators can come together with one common goal. To support young children in achieving higher level of learning and wellbeing. With a balance between listening to STEPPING STONES podcasts, blogs, participating in webinars and recieving coaching, you will engage in meaningful professional developement that will build on your understanding and add to your daily practice. You will have the opportunity to critically reflect on how you will be able to bring what you have learnt into your service and empower not only the children but your team alike. At STEPPINGS STONES we are also able to work with services and create webinars tailoured specifically for you and your organisation to ensure that the content is relevant to your specific needs.
