Kristel Yangco

Kristel Yangco is a graduate-qualified Early Childhood Teacher, RTO Trainer and Professional Learning Facilitator with extensive experience across early childhood education, vocational training, curriculum development and educator support.

With specialist knowledge in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), programming, documentation and curriculum planning, Kristel supports educators to connect theory, frameworks and quality practice in meaningful and practical ways.

Her experience within the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sector includes developing Certificate III Early Childhood Education training resources, designing assessment tools and completing curriculum mapping to support quality educator training and development.

Kristel has also held senior leadership responsibilities within the vocational education sector, including stepping into a temperary Facility Manager role, supporting training teams, operational practice and continuous improvement.

Passionate about educator growth, Kristel brings a calm, supportive and practical approach to professional learning, empowering educators to strengthen confidence, understanding and everyday practice.
